you should start with the moon, because nobody lives there (except the man in the moon whos stuck in there) so it will be easy to claim, and its big so u could have a really big swimming pool. also theres a everlasting supply of cheese.

if you blew up the moon nothing would control the tides so all the water would spread out and cover the land and form a new iceage. very handy if u want everyone dead. butb then when you go to the toilet ur butbt cheeks get frozen to the seat so u have to peel the skin off.
